Every project begins with a written scope, timeline and quotation. Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only begins with your written approval.
Projects typically run on a 50% advance and 50% on delivery basis. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. All prices are in Indian Rupees and exclusive of applicable GST.
On final payment, all code, design files, domains and accounts created for your project transfer fully to you. We retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the proposal. Additional rounds are billed at our standard hourly rate.
Every delivery includes a 30-day bug-fix warranty. Ongoing maintenance, hosting and updates are available through our care plans.
Either party may end an engagement with 15 days written notice. You pay for work completed to that date, and we hand over all assets produced.
